Pricing questions
Do my hours expire?
No. Every hour you've been credited — bought outright or added by a subscription — stays on your account forever, including after you cancel. Interview prep is bursty: grind for two weeks, land the job, and the leftovers will still be there for the next move.
What happens when I cancel?
Billing stops at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep every hour already credited. What you lose is the subscriber-only part — unlimited prep briefs drop back to 6 a day. Cancel from Buy time → Manage subscription in the app; it's Stripe's own billing portal, so you're never cancelling through us.
Subscription or a pack?
The subscription is cheaper per hour — $3.63 against $6.50 on the Pro pack — and it's the only way to get unlimited briefs. Buy a pack if you'd rather not have a recurring charge at all; that convenience is what the higher rate buys. Both draw on the same pool of hours.
What counts against my hours?
Time the coach is actively listening, and 15 minutes for each full listenable interview you generate — the app confirms the cost before it starts. Prep briefs, re-reading past guidance, and setting up your role details never touch them. Stop listening and the meter stops.
What's deep coaching mode?
Live coaching runs on our fast model — snappy hints in under a second. Deep coaching switches to our sharpest model for richer, more tailored reads; it uses your hours at 3× the rate.
How do I subscribe, or buy a pack?
Both live behind Buy time in the app, once you're signed in. Checkout is Stripe's, and hours land the moment payment confirms. Start with your 30 free minutes first — there's no card to enter for those.
Do you offer discounts for students?
